Returns 

  • All final sale item(s) cannot be returned. 
  • If it is within 14 days of purchase and the item(s) are in the original packaging, unused, and new condition a return may be accepted.
    • All return shipping expenses (both ways) will be at the expense of the customer. 
    • There will be a 10% minimum restocking fee. 
  • If it is within 14 days of purchase and the item(s) is out of box and defective a return may be accepted. 
    • If it is after 14 days of purchase and the item(s) is out of the box and defective the issue can be resolved through warranty repair/replacement with the original manufacturer.

  • Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7-10 business days. 
    • We will notify you via email once we have processed your return. 
    • Return exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Nocturnal Optics LLC. 

    Exchanges

    • If it is within 14 days of purchase and the item(s) are in the original packaging, unused, and new condition an exchange may be processed.
      • All return shipping expenses (both ways) will be at the expense of the customer. 
      • Exchanges must be of equal or greater value than the original item(s) purchased. 
    • Exchange exceptions are made the sole discretion of Nocturnal Optics LLC.
